Lynton-Lynmouth Cliff Railroad in Exmoor National Park

IMG_1776

An engineering marvel on the coast of Devon, England.  This cliff railroad has connected two towns since 1890.  Beyond is the Bristol Channel separating southwest England from Wales.  Spectacular scenery all around.  Exmoor National Park covers 267 square miles of coastline, villages, farmlands and moors (open fields).
