IMG_2137.JPGActually, just a seagull on top of a statue of the famous Scottish 19th century explorer, David Livingstone.  But who can refuse a visual pun with an obscure 1970s pop culture reference?  Certainly not I…. Besides, the image of a bird dumping on the head of a famous facilitator of colonialism should be worth a bit of mirth.
